Considering the diverse needs of our clients, we’ve created three distinct personalized group sessions.

These sessions are led by our medical professionals and include no more than three participants. Each session lasts one hour, providing ample time for our team to focus on each individual’s needs.

Even in a group setting, every person follows a personalized training program tailored to their physical condition, needs, and goals.

To achieve this, we use body composition analysis to determine each person’s bone mass, body mass, muscle mass, and overall fitness level.

By taking these factors into account, along with each client’s specific goals and needs, we can recommend specialized training that includes unique exercises for everyone.

What Are Personalized Group Sessions?

Empower Hour:

We offer Empower Hour Sessions that are perfect for people who want to lose weight and stay fit.

Bone Boost Session:

In addition, we provide a Bone Boost Session designed to benefit individuals suffering from osteoporosis or osteopenia.

Straight & Conditioning (S&C):

Last but not least, we have S&C training tailored for professional athletes aiming to improve their overall performance.

Now, let us break down each of these services and provide you with more details. 

You’ll learn when you can attend the classes, how you can benefit from them, and what each session generally includes.

Empower Hour Sessions 

Empower hour sessions are held by Marion, our fitness coach, every Wednesday at 5:30 pm. The session consists of cardiovascular fitness, simple bodyweight exercises, burpees, abdominal exercises, and leg exercises. 

Again, the exact exercises each person will get will be different and tailored to each individual needs. 

Bone Boost Sessions 

Bone boost Sessions are held by Pauline every Friday at 6:30 pm. The sessions last one hour, and consist of weight training, aiming to improve bone density and muscular strength (not bodybuilding though). 

It also consists of plyometric, including step-ups, step downs, skipping rope, bounding exercises, and exercises with kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells. 

Strength and Conditioning 

S&C is usually for professional athletes who want to improve their overall performance and results. 

The type of sports doesn’t matter, since S&C can help everyone. 

The exercises are held by Aidan every Saturday at 10 am for one hour. 

These exercises are a mixture of bodyweight exercises and gym exercises.
