The Strength & Conditioning training is primarily used by athletes looking to maintain and enhance their performance, but it’s also beneficial for anyone aiming to improve their overall health and condition.
It combines bodyweight movements with gym-based exercises to provide a balanced and effective workout.
How Does itFunction?
During your first session, Physiocare will carry out a screening to get a clear picture of your strengths, weaknesses, and any other details that can help us shape the training to fit you best.
In other words, the screening will help us decide what kind of exercises will work best for you, so we can create a tailored training session based on your needs and goals.
We will perform body composition scales before your sessions begin to evaluate your body fitness level, bone mass, body mass, and overall physical condition.
To ensure the best possible results, we limit each training group to just 2 or 3 people. This allows our trainers to focus closely on each individual’s needs.
Therefore, even in a small group setting, you’ll receive dedicated attention, with exercises tailored specifically to you.
You won’t be doing the same exercises as others, your program will be personalized to help you reach your goals effectively.
How to Prepare for Strength and Conditioning Training?
You would need to come with your own towel and wear comfortable gym clothes. Water is provided in the facility, together with the shower area.
The gym is air-conditioned as well in order to make it as comfortable as possible for you.
